Before I hired him, Michael thoroughly explained his method of how he would price and market my home. I gave me resources for helping finish getting my house ready for market and moving services. Additionally Michael was the only realtor willing to be flexible on the realtor commission; all other realtors interviewed, even after the big lawsuit win in Missouri were insistent on the old standard 6% fee. Once my house went on market, Michael and his team immediately held 3 straight days of open houses. I received the offer I ultimately accepted on the day of the second open house.
